Pronounced "three-oh-three", the electro-pop duo 3OH!3 first met in a physics class at the University of Colorado and soon started making high-octane, comic raps backed by frantic, fevered beats. Like an Ibiza rave exploding with the frat boy energy of an early Beastie Boys gig, their self-released debut album 3OH!3 (2007) won them a slot on the Warped Tour and they soon built an army of fans famed for making a hand gesture representative of the band's name. As second album Want (2008) became a big hit in Australia, debut single Don't Trust Me reached Number 7 in the US and Starstrukk, their collaboration with Katy Perry, made it to Number 3 in the UK. Their presence on the Kesha's hit single Blah, Blah, Blah further enhanced their reputation as a full-throttle party pop band, light-hearted and infectious enough to make you grin from ear to ear, yet energized enough to set any dance floor alight.
