Albert Marcoeur is an unclassifiable artist. At one time attached to a pseudo folk movement, he collaborated with Dick Annegarn. His Kapak band includes Patrice Tison on electric guitar, Pascal Arroyo on bass and François Bréant on keyboards. Albert Marcoeur has deliberately stayed out of the commercial limelight, but is still known to a select group of insiders who love the inventive compositions of the man sometimes dubbed the French Frank Zappa.
