Ana del Castillo, born on April 9, 1999, in Valledupar, the world capital of vallenato, has established herself as one of the most promising female voices in the genre. Her career took off with her debut solo single "Ya es mío," penned by renowned songwriter Omar Geles, which gained her recognition across Colombia. Known as "La Bomba Sexy del Vallenato," Ana del Castillo'ss dynamic voice and captivating performances have made her a standout figure in vallenato. She began her journey as a vocalist for esteemed composers like Wilfran Castillo and Fabián Corrales, honing her craft and building her reputation. She has also collaborated with celebrated artists such as Iván Villazón, Peter Manjarrés, and Grupo Kvrass. Notably, she lent her voice to a tribute album for vallenato legend Calixto Ochoa, marking her first studio recording. El Favor de Dios, her debut album, was released in 2022 and was followed by 2024's Con Fuerza, featuring contributions from Juan José Granados, Juancho De La Espriella, and Rolando Ochoa. That year, she also collaborated with Sergio Luis Rodríguez and Haffit David on the track "El Diciembre de Mi Vida."
