Annette Peacock is an American jazz and electronic music singer-songwriter who was born into a musical family and began writing music as a child. She studied at the Juilliard School and accompanied saxophonist Albert Ayler on a tour of Europe in the early 1960s. She released the album 'Dual Unity' with Canadian pianist Paul Bley in 1972 and other releases include 'I'm the One' (1972), 'X-Dreams' (1978), 'Sky Skating' (1982), 'I Have No Feelings' (1986), '31:31' (2005) and 'I Belong to a World That's Destroying Itself' (2014). Her songs have been recorded by artists such as Paul Bley, Coldcut and Nels Cline.
