Armani White is the stage name of American rapper Enoch Armani Tolbert, who scored his first major hit in 2022 with the viral single "Billie Eilish." Born in 1994 in Philadelphia, he began rapping during his elementary school days and released his debut single "NYC Window" in 2017. After making a name for himself in the underground hip-hop scene through singles like "Casablanco Freestyle" (2018) with Sango, "Onederful" (2018), and "Touché" (2019), he issued the EP Keep in Touch (2019), a collection of songs inspired by the loss of his father. A second extended play titled Things We Lost in the Fire appeared in 2021, followed by his breakthrough single "Billie Eilish" later that year. Featuring a sample of N.O.R.E.'s 2002 single "Nothin'," the upbeat track blew up on social media in 2022 and quickly amassed over 60 million views across streaming platforms, reaching Number 62 on the Billboard Hot 100. This success helped the up-and-coming Philadelphia rapper ink a deal with Def Jam Recordings, which released his follow-up single "Diamond Dallas" in August 2022.
