Finnish rapper Lucas Kihlman, born in Helsinki on January 2, 2002, is better known by his stage name Averagekidluke. Born to a Finnish-Swedish father and an American mother, he grew up in a trilingual environment and became interested in rap as a teenager. After creating his own clothing label, he was noticed for his music by Warner Music Finland, who signed the still-student rapper. It was during the Covid-19 pandemic that he concentrated on his musical creation, releasing several tracks in 2021. The following year, he scored his first hit with "No Good 4 U" (No. 48 in the radio charts), followed by collaborations with Boslen, Landon Cube and Puri. In 2023, he confirmed his status as an emerging rapper with his first number one "Ghetto Love", in collaboration with IBE, followed by the number 4 "Rich Man" with Turisti. Both hits and two other chart-topping tracks find their way onto Averagekidluke's debut album, Yuno (2024), which reaches No. 2 in the Finnish charts. It includes contributions from Shrty, William, Ege Zulu, Kerza and Bizi.
