Banda Eva are a Brazilian pop and rock band who have released several albums since they formed in 1994. The line-up includes guitarist Jorginho Sancof, percussionist Hugh Aragao, saxophonist Eric Almeida, bassist Cristiano Ferreira and drummer Esso Brumom. Original vocalist Ivete Sangalo left to pursue a solo career in 1999 and was succeeded by Emanuelle Araujo, who left in 2002. Current vocalist Felipe Pezzoni joined the band in 2013. Their eponymous debut album came out in 1993 and they followed with releases including 'Pro Abalar' (1994), 'Beleza Rara' (1996), 'Eva, Você e E' (1998), 'Pra Valer' (2002) and 'Simplesmente' (2013). They have released several concert and compilation albums. Hit singles include 'Beleza Rara' (1996), 'Levada Louca' (1996), 'Eva' (1997), 'Leva Eu' (1998), 'Carro Vehlho' (1998), 'Pra Lá e Pra Cá' (2000) and 'Nao Me Conte Seus Problemas' (2005) featuring Ivete Sangalo, all of which topped the Brazil Singles Chart. Their 2019 schedule included appearances at Brazilian festivals Camarote Mucuripe 2019 and Folianópolis.
