Battant

By the mid-2000s, this London trio comprising Chloé Daunet, Joel Dever and Tim Fairplay had already made a name for themselves with the cool elegance of their synthetic rock. Choosing a French label (Kill the DJ), Battant released a debut album in 2009, No Head, before becoming a duo. Sadly, Chloé Daunet lost her sidekick in September 2011, passing away just days before the release of As I Ride With No Horse.
