Winner of several awards (Festival Jacques Brel, Prix Jeunes Talents, FAIR 2010), Niçois Ben Mazué (born Benjamin Mazuet in 1981) has emerged from the new French scene with his two EPs, Terrain d'Entente (2007) and the namesake Ben Mazué (2009). This indefatigable stage singer has an original style blending chanson, rap and soul. In 2011, he released his first album of the same name, followed by the EP La Règles des 3 Unités (2012) and, two years later, his second album 33 Ans, set to music with Medi. The following year, the video for the song "La Résiliation", written for Grand Corps Malade's collective album Il Nous Restera Ça (2015), was widely circulated on the internet, while the artist set to work on his second album. This, entitled La Femme Idéale, was released in September 2017.
