A rapper from the north of France, Villeneuve-d'Ascq-born BEN plg first came to prominence when he took part in the Netflix show Nouvelle École, the French-language adaptation of Rhythm + Flow, which aims to raise the profile of up-and-coming rap artists. Before devoting himself to music, the artist worked for almost ten years as a facilitator for people with disabilities. He launched his musical career in 2019 with the album Pour la Gloire, followed the next year by Dans Nos Yeux . In 2021, he followed up with Parcours Accidenté, featuring two guests, Bekar and Djalito. Then, in 2022, he unveils three consecutive EPs: Réalité Rap Musique, Vol.1, 2 and 3. After J'Rêve Mieux Qu'Avant in 2023, he released a new full-length studio opus in 2024, Dire Je t'Aime, featuring collaborations with Niro, Sofiane Pamart, Georgio, B.B. Jacques and Loud.
