A true jack-of-all-trades of French pop, Bertrand Burgalat has worn the hats of composer, producer and manager of the Tricatel label with mastery since 1997. His bulimic output includes solo albums The Sssound of Mmmusic (2000), Portrait Robot (2005) and Chéri B.B. (2008), as well as group albums with A.S Dragon. A composer of on-demand film scores(Quadrille, Palais royal, My Little Princess), the native of Corsica (in 1963) has also produced Valérie Lemercier, Helena Noguerra, Michel Houellebecq, April March, Katerine and Les Shades. In 2012, the head of French pop oversaw his muses and sang on the album Toutes Directions. In keeping with his kitschy, old-fashioned style, the musician became a TV host for the Ben et Bertie show and Archi bien, which he presented with Benoît Forgeard, for whom he produced the music for the film Gaz de France (2016).
