Big Blue Ball is a project of Real World Studios designer and owner, ex-Genesis Peter Gabriel, who opened his den to musicians from all over the world during the summers of 1991, 1992 and 1995. This homonymous album, released in 2008 and featuring two alternative covers, is the culmination of these efforts. Its eleven tracks are as many musical encounters overseen by the master of the house, who is also involved in production.
