Bulin 47, born Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso on November 23, 1989, is a Dominican urban artist and comedian who rose to fame through his humor videos before transitioning to music. His background in comedy helped him develop a unique stage presence and connect with audiences, both online and in live performances. Bulin 47 made his musical debut in 2016 with tracks like "7 pollos", "Lo que fue", "El Licey", and "Belico y maquillaje", quickly establishing himself in the Dominican urban scene. His first album, El rey de las dagor, was released in 2017, and he followed it up with popular tracks like "Quien lo vio", "Deja de hablar de mí", "Chupirupi", and "Prendía", a collaboration with Kiko El Crazy. In 2020, he worked with several well-known urban artists such as Don Miguelo, Rochy RD, and Yomel El Meloso. In 2021, he released hits like "Bajo mundo", "Lo cualto tan hecho", and "Si hay mujeres", along with the song "Piki pau", recorded in Miami during his U.S. tour. Demagogo Mil Informando, his second full-length, came out in 2022 and was followed by other popular tracks such as "La Tranza" (2024) with Myke Towers and "Con Sonido" (2024) featuring Alofoke Music and Ceky Viciny.
