Captain Planet is a punk rock band from Germany founded in 2003. In 2005, Captain Planet released their debut EP Unterm Pflaster der Strand. The single "Baumhaus" on it later became an anthem in the German emo-punk scene. Two years later, Captain Planet released their debut album Wasser kommt Wasser geht. The band made a name for themselves in the punk scene through extensive touring. Another album, Inselwissen, followed in 2009. After the album Treibeis (2012), Captain Planet made it into the German charts for the first time in 2016 with the album Ein Ende at number 42. After that, things became a little quieter for the band. It wasn't until 2023 that Captain Planet released another album, Come On, Cat.
