Caylee Hammack is an American country singer from Georgia. She made her debut with the 2019 single 'Just Friends' and followed it up with the single 'Family Tree', co-written with Gordie Sampson and Troy Verges. An album 'Preciatcha' is set to follow. Hammack took up music at the age of 13 and was soon playing local gigs and forming a band. At the age of 19 she moved to Nashville on the advice of country singer Luke Bryan who had spotted her talent after his mother recommended he give her work a listen. In Nashville, after a spell sleeping in her car, she was enrolled in the ASCAP GPS (Guidance from Publishers for Songwriters) programme in 2016, winning a Sammy Cahn award. With her distinctive powerhouse voice and gift for storytelling she is regarded as one of the rising young stars of country. She has supported Lanco, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley and Trisha Yearwood on tour.
