CRi

Born Christophe Dubé in Quebec, Juno-nominated Canadian electronic artist CRi went from pizza delivery driver to breakout talent largely thanks to a signing with house mainstay Anjunadeep in 2019. Hailing from Quebec City, he got his start as a beatboxer for local hip-hop outfit Feuilles et Racines before branching out into production territory and dropping his debut proper in 2016: the Tell Her EP. He hit the ground running with the 2017 follow-up, Someone Else, which was among the nominees up for Electronic Album of the Year at Canada's prestigious Juno Awards of 2018. He repeated the feat with his 2020 studio album Juvenile, which was namechecked for the same prize at the Juno Awards of 2021 and included a guest contribution from Daniel Bélanger, who stepped in as a vocalist for LP track "Signal." The Juvenile (Remixed) album arrived in 2021 and in 2023, CRi unleashed his sophomore album Miracles, spanning 11 tracks of his signature dreamy indie-electronica. The LP welcomes a cast of collaborators including Jesse Mac Cormack on "Losing My Mind" and HANA on "Butterfly."
