Delights

Based in Manchester, pop-rock band Delights formed in 2017 at high school with Adam Maxwell (vocals), Ben Squires (guitar), Ben Kirkland (bass) and Leo Willis (drums). After recording demos including the Delights EP, the quartet released several self-produced singles in 2018, and saw their audience grow with each successive concert and tour. No less than a dozen singles and a live album, Live at Whitewood (2021), followed until Modern Sky Records took an interest in the band, releasing the single "Tender" in 2022. This was included on the studio album Cool Sports (2022), featuring five original tracks and two remixes. While Delights alternates between concerts and studio sessions, the singles "Sweet Spot" (2023), "Two Times Over", "I Think You Should Know" and "And It Goes " (2024) are released. These last three tracks, along with subsequent singles "What's on Your Mind" and "Hotel Bar", were added to the second album If Heaven Looks a Little Like This, released in January 2025.
