Delphic arrive from Manchester to awaken the ghosts of Hacienda, the club that set England's pulse racing in the 1990s. Delphic offer the same synthesis of rock and dance, bathed in a flood of electronic instruments. Acolyte was released in January 2010, and immediately reached number eight in the UK album charts.
