Deniz Toprak

Deniz Toprak, born on January 15, 1977, in Kurtalan, Siirt, is a celebrated Turkish folk singer and soloist. With Kurdish heritage from her mother's side and Arab descent from his father's, Toprak spent her early years in Siirt before moving to Istanbul to complete her high school education. She ventured into music professionally by recording his first amateur album in 1996 and performed at various cultural centers and community houses during that time. In 2000, she began his formal music education, taking lessons in solfege, singing, music notation, and bağlama at private music schools. Over the years, she has provided backing vocals for albums and concerts of renowned artists like Zara, İlhan Şeşen, and Müslüm Gürses. Toprak released her debut album Türkümolası in 2007, followed by his second album Sarıl Bana in 2013 that features tracks like "Diz Dize". She also hosted the show Yerel Starlar, which aired for 13 episodes starting on October 22, 2012.
