DJ Redblack is a DJ and music producer who rose to international fame with his modern interpretation of the Italo disco pop classic "Sarà Perché Ti Amo" by Ricchi e Poveri from 1981. His version of the song became a viral hit and reached number 1 in the charts in Germany and Austria as well as top 10 positions in numerous other countries. DJ Redblack's musical style combines modern dance and electronic elements and has been compared to renowned artists such as David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Fisher and Fred Again. In June 2023, DJ Redblack released a remix of "Sarà Perché Ti Amo" together with the German DJ and producer duo Stereoact. This remix entered the German DJ Playlist at number 20 on June 23, 2023 and subsequently reached number 4, followed by further reinterpretations of classics such as "Felicità" (2023), "Bella Ciao" (2024) and "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me" (2025).
