Record label owner, producer, and minimal techno DJ Dominik Eulberg was born on September 13, 1978, in Germany's Westerwald mountains. An amateur ecologist who once worked as a park ranger, he often references nature in his musical projects, even naming his 2004 debut album Flora & Fauna. Records like 2005's Kreucht & Fleucht, 2007's Bionik, and 2011's Diorama helped cement his reputation as a modern-day heavyweight of European electronic music, while collaborations with Hot Chip, Nathan Fake, and others showed his range as a remixer, too. After founding his own record label, Apus Apus in 2017, Eulberg continued releasing a string of EPs and standalone singles, as well as the 2019 album Mannigfaltig.
