Don Omar

Don Omar is an American singer in the reggaeton style that blends hip-hop with Latin and Caribbean influences that emerged from Puerto Rico in the 1990s. He released his first album 'The Last Don' in 2003 and his third release, 'King of Kings' became a massive hit and won several awards. He has had 28 singles on Billboard's Latin Pop Songs Chart with eleven in the top ten including four that topped the chart - 'Danza Kuduro' featuring Lucenzo (2010), 'Dutty Love' (2012) featuring Natti Natasha, 'Hasta Que Salga El Sol' (2012) and 'Zumba' (2013). He's had ten releases on the Top Latin Albums Chart with eight in the top ten with five number one hits - 'Da Hitman Presents Reggaeton Latino' (2005), 'King of Kings' (2006), 'Idon' (2009) and 'Don Omar Presents MT02: New Generation' (2012). He played the role of Rico Santos in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise. In 2017, he announced his retirement following his Last Tour that commenced in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in December 2017.
