Earl Stevens, who goes by the name E-40, is an America rapper who has released several hip-hop albums since his solo debut with 'Federal' in 1994 after starting out as a performer in the mid-'80s in a group called The Click. He has had 36 releases on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart with 14 in the top ten, 31 releases on the Billboard 200 including two that reached the top ten and 25 releases on the Top Rap Albums Chart with 18 in the top ten. His hit albums include 'My Ghetto Report Card' (2006), 'The Ball Street Journal' (2008), 'Sharp On All 4 Corners: Corner 1', 'The D-Boy Diary: Book 1' (2016), 'History: Function Music' (2012) and 'The D-Boy Diary: Book 2' (2016). He has collaborated with many artists including T-Pain, Kandi Girl, Bo-Rock, Leviti, Suga-T, Keen Da Sneak, Ty Dolla $ign and Yo Gotti. He features on Big Sean's 2014 number one rap hit 'I Don't F**K With You' and with Sean Paul of the YoungBloodz on Lil Jon's 'Snap Yo Fingers', which went to number two in 2006. He has his own record label and has invested in various businesses including nightclubs and restaurants. His 2018 schedule included appearances in California, Washington, Colorado and Arizona.
