Felhur x Andro

French rap duo Felhur x Andro is the meeting of a former philosophy professor and a beatbox champion and producer. Inspired by rock and literature, the project took shape in the early 2020s, with the setting to sound of illustrious poems that would become the subject of the EP Recueil (2022) and the album Recueil: Réédition (2023). Prior to this, the duo made their mark with the original album La Vie Est Simple (2022), released on the Libertalia Music label. On the self-produced Recueil, which followed under the duo's own label, the partners covered symbolic texts from French poetry, such as Hugo's "Demain, dès l'aube", Baudelaire's "L'Albatros ", Apollinaire's "Le Pont Mirabeau", Rimbaud's "Le Dormeur du val" and Aragon's "Il n'y a pas d'amour heureux". The same year, the album Liaisons returned to the original tracks, in the same poetic style, under the group's new label, Longue Vie Records. In 2024, Felhur x Andro began a series of releases with the Ruptures - Chapitre I EP, followed by Ruptures - Chapitre II and Ruptures - Chapitre III, which were brought together in the Ruptures album (2025), whose physical format versions reached number 88 in the vinyl and CD sales charts.
