Better known by his stage name Frans, Swedish singer Frans Jeppsson Wall (born in Ystad on December 19, 1998) first came to prominence at the age of seven, when he took part in the Elias group's hit "Who's Da Man", a hymn to the glory of footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic, which stayed at No. 1 for ten weeks. The same year, 2006, he returned to the Swedish Christmas charts with "Kul Med Jul", included on his first Da Man album, and two years later with another ode to soccer, "Fotbolisfest", to support the national team at the European Championship. After this number-one hit, Frans didn't reappear until 2016 at the Melodifestivalen, which he won with the song "If I Were Sorry", taking him to the final of the 61st Eurovision Song Contest, held at home in the Swedish capital. The youngest participant came fifth.
