Born in London, UK on July 18, 1982, Deshane Cornwall aka grime MC Frisco is celebrated for his tough flow. First forming in 2006, he is synonymous with the trailblazing Boy Better Know (BBK) record label and crew, also associated with scene heavyweights Skepta and Jme, among others, one of grime's standout collectives. Raised in Tottenham, north London, Cornwall got his start MCing on pirate radio in the early 2000s and made his debut on Skepta's single "Private Caller" in 2005. In 2006, Cornwall dropped his talked-about debut mixtape Back 2 Da Lab Vol 1, releasing four more volumes over the next 12 years, including 2018 mixtape Back 2 Da Lab Vol 5. The respected MC has released three albums to date; 2010's Fully Grown, 2016's System Killer and 2020's The Familiar Stranger.
