Frost* are UK-based neo-progressive rock supergroup founded in 2004 by producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jem Godfrey, who earned his name as a successful pop producer (penning hits for the likes of Atomic Kitten) before venturing into the world of rock. Comprising members from the bands Arena, IQ, and Kino, Frost* are known for their intricate compositions and technically demanding arrangements, combining the adventurous spirit of classic prog with contemporary electronic and metal touches. The band stepped out with their debut album Milliontown in 2006 and have weathered several lineup changes over the years, with drummer Craig Blundell leaving in 2019 ahead of their fourth studio album, Day And Age, but returning in 2022. With 2024's Life in the Wires, Frost* brought a fresh lick of paint to the international neo-prog scene.
