Gesu No Kiwami Otome, which translates as Girl at the Height of Rudeness, are a Japanese pop band formed in Tokyo in 2012 with singer-guitarist Enon Kawatani and bassist Kyujitsu KachS with Chan Mari on keyboards and Hona Ikoka on drums. They released two EPs in 2013: 'Dress no Nugikata' and 'Odorenai nara, Gesu ni Natte Shimae yo' and in 2014 the EP 'Minna Normal' went to number eleven on Japan's Oricon Albums Chart. Their 2014 debut studio album 'Miriyoky ga Sugoi yo' reached number four on the Oricon Albums Chart and the track 'RySkitei na Kiss Watashi ni Shite' peaked at number nine on the chart but hit number four on Billboard's Japan Hot 100. Their 2015 track 'Watashi Igai Watashi Ja Nai No' went to number eleven on the Oricon singles chart and number three on the Japan Hot 100. It features on their 2016 album 'RySseibai', which topped the Oricon albums chart. 'Daruma Ringo' (2017) reached number three on the Oricon Albums Chart and 'Suki Nara Towanai' peaked at number 12. Other singles include 'Romance ga Ariamaru' (2015), 'Otonatic' (2015), 'Anata ni wa Makenai' (2017), 'Tatakatte Shimauyo' (2018) and 'Mou Setsunai to wa Iwasenai' (2018). Their 2019 schedule was to include appearances at venues in Yamaguchi, Tokyo and Osaka.
