Born in Casablanca, Moroccan singer Ghita Marrakchi grew up in Morocco, Spain and Switzerland, before continuing her studies in Boston, USA. Passionate about music, she graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music before flying to California, and specifically Los Angeles, to force her way into the music industry. In 2015, her destiny took shape: she opened for Maroon 5 at the Mawazine festival, and went on to record a string of hit singles, including "HateULoveU" in 2016 and "The Inbetween" in 2019. The year 2020 marked a turning point for the singer who now lives between London, Los Angeles and Casablanca, as she released her first EP entitled Lost Angeles, featuring such high-potential tracks as "Out of My Life", "On My Mind", "No Stopping" and "Real Lies". She subsequently confirmed her international breakthrough with tracks such as "Walo" in 2021, "Hali " in 2022 and even "Garden " in 2023.
