Born Andrew Goddard (born 1998), Kettering, UK drum 'n' bass producer Goddard. rose to fame with his remix of Cat Burns's TikTok favourite "Go" in 2022, striking number two on the New Zealand Singles Chart. Prior to that, the self-taught artist cut his teeth in the duo Ag. with Ross Quinn, formed while the pair were studying at Leeds University, and released "Warped Minds," "All Falls Down" and a six-track EP Servia in 2018, along with the track "Silent Corner." He christened the Goddard. moniker two years later with "Player" and the Next Gen EP—winning Best Newcomer at the Drum&BassArena Awards 2022 and later signing to Atlantic Records—while also unveiling several collaborative tracks in subsequent years, such as "Afterlife" with Bailey and "Green Light" with Megan Linnell. Following his chart victory on "Go" for Cat Burns's Go (Remixes) album, he raised his profile further via tracks like "Messy in Heaven" with Loud LDN member Venbee, which charted at number three on the UK Singles Chart. In early 2024, he teamed up with Cat Burns for the "Wasted Youth" single.
