The US rap artist known as Guapdad 4000 was born Akeem Hayes in Oakland, California in 1992. He released his first mixtape titled 'ScamboyColor' in December 2017 and followed this up with a series of single releases in 2018 and 2019. These included tracks such as 'Prada Process', 'Scammin'', 'Flossin'' and 'First Things First'. He quickly began to establish his name on the West Coast hip-hop scene and was invited to record material for the Dreamville label on their compilation album 'Revenge of the Dreamers III' (2019). Hayes has also teamed up with fellow rappers JID, Smino and Buddy in their hip-hop project band Zoink. His debut studio album 'Dior Deposits' was released in 2019 and is a collection of 13 tracks, all written by Hayes featuring guest appearances by artists such as Tony Lanez, Slimmy B, Buddy and Charlie Wilson.
