Ha Sung Woon

Ha Sung-woon is a Korean singer and songwriter. He was born on March 22, 1994, in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. Before starting his career in the music industry, he studied at the Dong-ah Institute of Media and Arts. In 2014, Ha Sung Woon debuted as the main vocalist of the boy group Hotshot with the release of the single "Take a Shot." The group made a name for itself with performances and releases. In 2017, he gained wider recognition by participating in the reality survival show Produce 101 Season 2, where he secured a place in the project group Wanna One. The group released the mini-album 1×1=1 (To Be One) in 2017. Ha Sung Woon was also part of the sub-group Lean on Me. After the dissolution of Wanna One in 2019, Ha Sung Woon launched his solo career with the release of his first EP, 2019's My Moment. The EP featured the lead single "Bird" and topped the Gaon Album Chart, selling 45,600 copies on its first day. That same year, he also released the EP BXXX with the lead single "Blue," as well as embarking on his first solo tour. In 2020, Ha Sung Woon released his third EP, Twilight Zone, and contributed to various soundtracks. He released EPs such as Mirage (2020), Sneakers (2021), and Electrified: Urban Nostalgia (2021). 2022 saw the release of his special album You as well as his seventh mini-album, Strange World. In 2024, Ha Sung Woon contributed the song "Gift" to the Lovely Runner OST.
