Hayden James

Hayden James is an Australian house music DJ and producer born in Sydney on November 28, 1992. After a first eponymous EP in 2013, he released the track "Something About You", certified gold in his country and ranked number 4 on the Australian AIR chart in 2015. The success of the song earned him a place on a North American tour alongside the American duo Odesza. In 2017, he entered the top 10 of the AIR chart again with "Numb" (number 2), reaching platinum status. The same year, Hayden James entered the international pop circle with the title "Déjà Vu" for Katy Perry, while his solo title "Just Friends", a new platinum disc, served as a prelude to his first album Between Us. Ranked number 9 on the Australian charts, it earned its author an ARIA Award nomination. Collaborations followed with Icona Pop for “Right Time” in 2020, Gorgon City and Nat Dunn for “Foolproof” in 2021, before the release of the album Lifted in 2022, with other guests. In 2023, “We Could Be Love” with Ar/Co opened a new phase leading to the homonymous album, which featured Izzy Bizu, Tudor, Kormak, Karen Harding, Shells and Ross Quinn.
