Hearts2Hearts, a new South Korean girl group under SM Entertainment, made its debut with eight members: Carmen, Jiwoo, Yuha, Stella, Juun, A-na, Ian, and Ye-on, on February 24, 2025. The group, symbolizing a connection with global fans through music filled with emotions and messages, was part of SM's strategic launch under its SM 3.0 corporate strategy announced in 2023. Initially slated for an earlier debut, the group faced multiple delays, finally revealing their lineup and name at the SM Town Live 2025 concert. They launched with a single album titled The Chase, featuring a lead single of the same name and a B-side called "Butterflies." Their debut not only marked SM's first new girl group since Aespa in 2020 but also reflected the company's largest girl group since Girls' Generation.
