Ivo Martin, born in 2003 in Bornheim near Bonn, is a German indie pop singer who has built up a broad fan base through social media. Influenced early on by his father's musical preferences, including The Beatles and Queen, he began playing guitar at the age of six. He released his first original songs at the age of 17, attracting the attention of the German music scene. His breakthrough came in 2022 with the single "Verliebt", which went viral and earned him hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. Other well-known tracks from his discography include "Ihr Liebeslied" (2022) and "Broken" (2023). In 2023, he released the Weit weg tape, which showcased his experimental approach to indie pop. In 2024, he released his debut album Puls, which reached number 33 in the German charts. The most recent releases, including the singles "Tanz" and "Misses DGAF" (2024), build on this success.
