While James Kakande plays a soulful, jazzy and acoustic repertoire, his main success comes from a track remixed by Alex Gaudino for clubs. James Kakande, an Englishman from Trinidad and Tobago, released the album My Little Red Bag in 2006, produced by Mousse T. The album was a hit in Italy. The track "You You You ", No. 20 in the Italian charts, was used as the anthem for the Trinidad and Tobago soccer team during the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
