Formed in 1995, Jazzanova is a Berlin-based musical collective comprised of electronic DJs and producers. Jazzanova features Jürgen von Knoblauch, Alexander Barck, Stefan Leisering, Claas Brieler, and Axel Reinemer. Blending soft jazz with electronica, Jazzanova has become a pioneering force in the nu-jazz and chill-out genres. They’ve released four studio albums – In Between (2002), Of All the Things (2008), Funkhaus Studio Sessions (2012), and The Pool (20018) – as well as many remix albums beginning with their 2000 release The Remixes 1997-2000. Apart from their own projects, the members of Jazzanova have also remixed tracks for other artists including Azymuth, Ian Pooley, Liquid Lounge, Soul Quality Quartet, Fat Freddy’s Drop, Incognito, and many others.
