A Bernard Dimey interpreter in his early days, Jehan dedicated his first album Divin Dimey to him in 1998. Real name Jean-Marie Cayrecastel, born in Montluçon, France, in 1957, this maverick with a gravelly voice pursues his path between chanson and blues through festivals and tours from France to Quebec. His album and show Les Ailes de Jehan (1999) won the SACEM and ADAMI awards. In 2003, he released L'Envers de L'Ange, followed by a tribute to Dimey and Aznavour(Le Cul de Ma Soeur), the DVD À La Croque Au Sel (2008) and the original album La Vie en Blues (2011). In 2016, with accordionist and pianist Lionel Suarez, he pays tribute to Allain Leprest with the album Leprest -Pacifiste Inconnu- and a concomitant tour.
