Angelika Lois Ponce, known as jikamarie, is a Filipino singer and songwriter. Her passion for music began at a young age, thanks to her father, a music teacher in their church, who taught her and her brother to play various musical instruments, including guitar, ukulele, and keyboard. Her debut single "Lutang" (Filipino for "Float") went viral on social media, topping the Filipino charts and gaining millions of streams, with the singer releasing a mixtape of remixes shortly after. In February 2022, jikamarie released her second single "Kailangan ko ng," collaborating with Filipino singer Jrldm on "Eh Papaano" and "Lagi Na Lang" in March. The following month, she signed with Warner Music, releasing her third single "Aking Buwan" ("My Moon"), followed by two more singles in 2022, "KISLAP" and "The Sun is You." On January 27, 2023, jikamarie released "HALIMAW," which quickly climbed the charts, reaching number 14.
