For Jimmy Danger, it all began with a group called Disip, in which he was a drummer. The group is known for its kompa concerts, a Haitian variant of zouk. In 2015, Danger left Disip to embark on a solo career. Both as a presenter, with his Oh! Yes Show, and as a musician, he will contribute to a number of popular hits. The first of these came in January 2021 with "Pa Veye Fanm Mwen", featuring zouk and kompa-inspired rhythms and R'n'B influences. The track tops the million-view mark. In addition to his video contributions, Jimmy Danger went on to make his mark with "Anba Yo m Ye" at the end of 2021, and above all with "A Nou 2", released in October 2022, whose heady verses turned this occasional singer into a hit-maker.
