Jocelyn 9.4.0 (born April 15, 2000) is a Taiwanese singer known for her R&B and hip-hop music. She gained recognition in April 2021 when she participated in the Taiwanese music talent show The Jungle Voice 3, where her original song "No Matter" received praise from the judges and garnered over 450,000 views online. After the show, Jocelyn returned to Boston University to complete her studies in advertising. Following her graduation, she released her self-titled debut EP, Jocelyn 9.4.0, in November 2023. The EP earned her a nomination for Best New Artist at the 35th Golden Melody Awards in May 2024. Raised in Taiwan, Jocelyn developed her musical talents early, learning piano and jazz drums under her parents' guidance. In 2024, she has released several singles including "愛是懷疑" and "死穴".
