KARD is a South Korean K-pop group formed by DSP Media in 2016, consisting of J.Seph, BM, Somin, and Jiwoo. They have achieved considerable success on Billboard's World Albums Chart, with their EPs Hola Hola (2017) reaching number 3, You & Me (2017) at number 4, and Ride on the Wind (2018) at number 8. They have also had five tracks in the top five on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales Chart, including “Oh NaNa” and “Don't Recall” at number 5, Rumor at number 3, as well as Hola Hola and Bomb Bomb at number 4 and 3 respectively. They have toured extensively around the world, including in America, Europe, South America, Asia, Australia, and Japan. In 2020, KARD released their fourth EP, Red Moon, which debuted and peaked at number 10 on the Gaon Album Chart and reached number 8 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart with its title track. They followed up with their first single album, Way with Words, in August, featuring the lead single track "Gunshot," which reached number 9 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart. In October, J.Seph enlisted for mandatory military service, and KARD continued as a three-member group seeing the group making their comeback two years later with new EP Re:, featuring the track "Ring The Alarm" appearing in June, 2022. A year later, the group released their sixth EP Icky, returning in August 2024 with EP Where to Now? (Pt. 1: Yellow Light) which went to number 17, led by the single "Tell My Momma."
