Mexican influencer and singer-songwriter Kenia Os was born Kenia Guadalupe Flores Osuna on July 15, 1999, in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. After making a name for herself as a video-streaming personality in 2017, she landed a record deal with the Lizos Music label and made her official debut in 2018 with the single "Por Siempre." In the following years, Kenia Os would go on to release a series of non-album singles and three EPs—En Vivo (Acústico) (2019), Canciones Pa Mi Ex Vol. 1 (2020), and Live From Blackwood Studio (2021)—for Lizos Music before signing with Sony Music Mexico in 2021. The EP K23, her first major-label release, appeared in 2022 and was followed by her studio debut Cambios de Luna later that year. The album was promoted via the singles "La Noche," "Joder" with rapper Snow Tha Product, and "Llévatelo," all of which received gold certification in Mexico for sales of over 70,000 units. Driven by the Top 40 radio hit single "Flores," a second full-length titled K23 saw the light in October 2022. Following a series of collaborations with Thalía ("Para No Verte Más") and Gera MX ("Rumores") throughout 2023, Kenia Os began teasing her third full-length album in early 2024 through the single "F* OFF" featuring Bella Poarch. Pink Aura arrived later that year and included guest spots by La Joaqui, Villano Antillano, Alvaro Diaz, Yeri Mua, and Ghetto Kids.
