Born Chloé Pelletier-Gagnon on March 13, 1990 in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Gaspésie (Canada), Klô Pelgag is a Quebec folk singer. From 2009 to 2012, she won five song competitions: Cabaret du bout du monde in Gaspé in 2009, Ma Première Place des Arts in 2010, Tremplin de Dégelis in 2010, Festival Vue sur la relève in 2011 and Festival international de la chanson de Granby in 2012. On April 19, 2012, she released her first EP of the same name, followed the next year by her debut album, L'Alchimie des Monstres . At the ADISQ gala in 2014, Klô Pelgag was awarded the Félix for revelation of the year. She presented a new album in November 2016 called L'Étoile Thoracique, which gave her her first hit on Quebec radio with the song "Les Ferrofluides-fleurs ". In October 2017, she wins four Félix awards at the 39th ADISQ gala. In 2020, she releases her third album, Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs, in honor of the village that marked her childhood. She places two songs from this album on the Quebec radio charts: "Mélamine" and "Umami ". She wins the Félix for Show of the Year in November 2022.
