Kulturr is a rapper and singer from Saint-Denis (93), active since 2021, the year he unveiled his first tracks "Train de vie" and "Vino". Born into a family of Congolese origin, he draws on his own personal experience and that of those around him to shape a music that blends melodic rap, vocals and Afro-Caribbean and RnB influences. After several acclaimed singles such as "S'en aller", he reached a turning point in 2024 with the track "Jojo", which met with a strong response on the networks. He followed this up with "Chouchou des nanas", "Crescendo", "Caméra" and then "J't'avais dit", confirming his ability to alternate between melancholy, energy and musicality. On December 4, 2024, he released his first EP , HOPE... In 2025, Kulturr collaborates with singer Emma'a on the track "Aime comme ça (la cité)" and follows this up with the single "Permis", marked by introspective songwriting and danceable sounds. He gradually asserts his musical identity, between Afro, rap and chanson, with an aesthetic that is both personal and accessible.
