Lafayette

Lafayette is the pseudonym of Frédéric Beucher, a former member of the French duo One-Two, which he formed with his friend Séverin Tézenas du Montcel, better known by his first name. After the group split up in 2009, Frédéric Beucher embarked on a solo career inspired by the synthetic pop of the 1980s, notably the group Mikado, whose track "Naufrage en hiver " he covers on his first single "La Trilogie amoureuse, chapitre 1" released in 2012. The theme of deceptively naive songs served as the framework for the 2013 release of a series of singles with the same title: "La Trilogie amoureuse, chapitre 2 " and "La Trilogie amoureuse, chapitre 3". In 2016, Lafayette finally released her first album, supported by the single "Les Dessous féminins".
