Lee Ha-yi, who goes by Lee Hi, is a K-pop singer-songwriter from South Korea who first garnered attention when she came second in the television talent show 'K-pop Star' in 2012. Her first single, '1, 2, 3, 4' that year topped the Billboard Korea K-Pop Hot 100, as did the track 'Rose' while 'It's Over' peaked at number four. Her 2013 debut EP 'First Love Part 1' went to number three on the South Korea albums chart and on Billboard's World Albums chart. 'First Love Part 2' (2013) also reached number three on the South Korea chart and peaked at number 15 on the World Albums chart. 'Seoulite' (2016) hit number nine on the South Korea chart and number three on the World Albums chart. She released the 'Lee Hi Japan Debut Album' in Japan in 2018 and the single 'Breathe' reached number 14 on the Billboard Korea K-pop 100. She performed in Austin, Texas and venues in Hong Kong and Taiwan in 2018. Her EP '24 Degrees Celsius' went to number seven on the World Albums chart upon its release in June 2019 and the track 'No One' featuring B.I. of iKon reached number two on the South Korea chart and number six on the World Albums chart.
