León Larregui, born in Cuernavaca, Mexico, on December 1, 1973, is a singer, composer, and producer, best known as the frontman of the iconic Mexican rock band Zoé. His career began with Zoé in 1997, blending psychedelic rock with introspective lyrics exploring spirituality and science fiction. After gaining acclaim with Zoé’s successes, he ventured into a solo career in 2012 with Solstis, featuring the standout single "Como Tú," showcasing a dreamy and introspective sound distinct from his band’s work. This was followed by Voluma in 2016, which included the hit "Locos" and cemented his status as a multifaceted artist. After reuniting with Zoé for the acclaimed albums Aztlán (2018) and Sonidos de Karmática Resonancia (2021), León Larregui returned to his solo endeavors with Prismarama in 2023. The album, featuring tracks like "Amantes" and "Fake News," propelled him to an international tour spanning the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador. Mixarama, a collection of remixes, arrived in 2024.
