Matthew Peter DeLuca, better known by his stage name Lil Mabu, is an American rapper hailing from Manhattan, New York. Born on April 4, 2005, Lil Mabu embarked on his musical journey in 2019 with a series of tracks influenced by trap and emo rap, including 2020's "Miss Me," the song that introduced him to a broader audience. However, it was his 2022 collaboration with Dusty Locane on "No Snitching" that finally put him on the map, achieving viral status on social media. His debut mixtape, Double M's, dropped on June 30, 2022, and was followed by the single "Throw," a collaboration with DD Osama. In 2023, Lil Mabu got his big break with "Mathematical Disrespect," a single that reached number 47 on the Billboard Hot 100 while also charting in Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Amidst his growing music career, Lil Mabu also achieved a personal milestone by graduating from high school. He celebrated this achievement with the release of "Rich Scholar" later that year. His commitment to both education and music was evident when he announced his college plans and simultaneously dropped "At What Cost?" with an accompanying music video on September 1, 2023. Later that year, he returned with the single "Mr. Take Ya B*tch," a diss track aimed at rappers Blueface and Wack 100 featuring Chrisean Rock.
