Mauro Román Monzón, professionally known as Lit Killah, was born on October 4, 1999, in Argentina. He is a popular rapper, singer, and streamer. Lit Killah's early foray into the rap scene began with his participation in freestyle rap battles, notably in the renowned Argentine competition El Quinto Escalón during 2016 and 2017. By the end of 2017, at just 18, Lit Killah released his first single "De$troy." The track's popularity led him to sign with Warner Music Argentina. In 2018, he increased his profile in the scene by competing in the international freestyle rap contest God Level. His music career had a boost in 2018 with the release of his single "Apaga el Celular," followed by the hit "Flexin'" in collaboration with Argentine producer Bizarrap, both of which amassed over 100 million views on video-streaming platforms. Over the following years, he released numerous singles and also collaborated with artists like Numa on the song "Una Vez Más." In 2021, Lit Killah released his debut studio album, MAWZ (2021), featuring collaborations with Argentine urban artists such as Duki, Khea, María Becerra, Tiago PZK, FMK, and Rusherking. The album was produced by Argentine producers Oniria and Big One. Following this, Lit Killah continued to release various singles, with both "Entre Nosotros" (2022) and "Los del Espacio" (2023) hitting the top of the Billboard charts in Argentina. 2023 also saw the release of the single "LuXxX," a collaboration with Tiago PZK and Big One that peaked at number 62 on the Argentine Top 100.
